We have more than 25 years of experience in the marine sector, varying from private and chartering yachts to cruise ships, ferry boats and highspeed. Marine projects require a high level of organization and discipline due to their very large scale and complexity. As a result, we have been trained to manage large volumes of work within tight time frames. Moreover, we have learnt to make good use of every square centimeter of available space.

We keep an extensive and very up-to date archive of materials and construction details, specialized for marine use. We keep up with current seminars, new materials, and technology.

We design according to SOLAS 1974 standards, and we specify materials that hold all necessary certificates for marine use.

Our services include:

Survey drawings: We produce survey drawings of existing vessels, in close collaboration with our specialized associates, using up-to-date equipment.
Programming: We work closely with our clients to help them determine their program of requirements, if needed. This stage includes a lot of research on our part and communication with the client, and is an important first step in deciding the space needs in terms of area size, functionality, optimum arrangement, whether it is a new building or a conversion.
Schematic Design: This stage includes concept, preliminary drawings and initial cost estimation if required.
Design Development: At this stage, and according to the client’s comments and feedback, the design advances, is finalized, and most materials are selected.
Construction Documents: Design details and specifications are added to the design development drawings at this stage, so that our designs can be constructed by the contractor.
Bidding/Procurement: We are supported by an extended network of contractors and subcontractors and we can collect bids from contractors on behalf of our clients for the construction of our designs.
Construction Administration: We monitor construction to verify that it is in accordance with the documents we prepared.
Interior Μaterial and Furnishing Selection: We specify all things interior and prepare colorboards per area, containing the selected materials, textures, items, etc.

The above stages/services can be modified or isolated, according to the nature of each project and our client’s wishes. Following the completion of each project, we deliver to our clients a full package of all as-built drawings, renderings, specifications, and all relative material of their project, to facilitate maintenance. We keep a complete archive of all our projects, and we are ready to assist our clients with any request they may have concerning their project after its completion.
