A good friend requested our help and our imagination. Our objective was to redesign an existing construction he owned, that has been abandoned for many years, so that he could sell it. We nearly missed our target, because the owner liked the result so much, that he almost kept the building for himself instead of selling it. The building was finally sold at a very satisfactory price, making our friend very happy.
