The proposal concerns the interior design of a contemporary maisonette, where the living areas are organised as a fluid, open composition defined by materiality, natural light and bespoke architectural elements. A palette of natural timber, soft grey and earthy finishes, metal details and subtle marble surfaces creates an elegant yet warm atmosphere.

The living room is arranged around a linear fireplace and an integrated library–bar composition, while timber cladding and metal-framed glazed partitions structure the transition towards the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen becomes both a functional and visual focal point, combining understated surfaces, integrated appliances and lighting that highlights the richness of the materials.

In the private areas of the maisonette, timber joinery operates as a spatial filter, storage element and defining architectural feature. The bedroom, dressing room and bathrooms maintain the same sense of understated luxury through the combination of natural wood, stone, glazed partitions and carefully integrated lighting.
