The owner of this small Athenian apartment, a contractor who is also a good friend, commissioned its conversion to an Airbnb guesthouse. We worked on this proposal parallel to a larger apartment conversion for the same owner. For this apartment as well, which is targeted to young guests, the decision-making process was made very easy due to the owner being the contractor for the project as well.
