Our collaboration with Bergmann-Kord begun in 2000. Mrs. Kiki Kordera, the owner and driving force of the company, assigned to us the transformation of an eight-level office building in Kifisias avenue to a hair clinic, and she asked us to do our absolute best! By her side, her son Vardis Korderas, was very actively involved, guiding us through all the special requirements of this specific program.

Their wish was for a hair clinic where the clients would feel at ease, in a discreet and friendly environment. Apart from those qualities, we believed the building should also have a strong presence, in order to reflect the character of its owners: to do so, we used red stone from India to cover the façade in order to make a statement and set the building apart from its neighbors, in the busy urban landscape of Kifisias avenue.

In 2017, the owners trusted us again to design additional treatment rooms and a small lecture hall, to accommodate the clinic’s increasing needs.
